1 – Justin’s Classic Almond Butter Packets
I travel with a couple of packets of this almond butter for a quick hit of calories. Just make sure to avoid the flavors with added sugar.

2 – CHOMPS – Beef Stick
I pick these up in bulk from our local costco. They are affordable and provide a healthy filling protein snack. This is basically a healthy version of a Slim Jim, so it kind of takes me back to my childhood. Snap into a …… CHOMPS?

3 – Fruit Cup
Most airports or gas stations have some kind of fresh fruit cup. If you can’t rely on finding a fruit cup on the road pack a couple of apples. It satisfies the need for something sweet. Plus, if you pair it with some of the above almond butter + CHOMPS you have a well balanced macronutrient meal.
