1 – Holiday Nutrition Guide
Happy Halloween! For me, today marks the beginning of the holiday celebrations that can put you on a detrimental path. Too much candy at Halloween trickles into all those comfort foods for Thanksgiving, and then the Christmas cookies are right around the corner. You step on the scale and are up 10 pounds… Not good. I am all for moderation, and the things above aren’t “bad”, but having a plan to not go off the rails is smart if you care about your health. This is a good article about some tactics to keep on track over the next few months.
2 – Yellow or Green Kiwi?
I am a huge fan of green kiwis. They are S tier in my book. They are as good as candy but extremely healthy.
It took me 35 years to try a yellow kiwi, and I think I like it even more than the green. The yellow kiwi is slightly sweeter and perfectly satisfies my sweet tooth. I just ate five in one sitting! Pick them up the next time you’re at the grocery store. They’re a great source of vitamin C as we get into cold season.

3 – Injinji Running Socks
I’m in the market to upgrade my socks, especially for running. I was having some recent issues getting blisters between my toes, so I picked up a pair of Injinji socks based on Courtney Dauwalter wearing them. If they work for a badass like her, then I’ll give them a shot.
First reviews: They are super comfortable and feel great while running. No new blisters! So I guess if you can get over the toe-sock look, they are definitely worth testing out.

And you’re out. Have a great week
Josh
