1 – Ido Portal – 30 day Hanging Challenge
Being super tall and lacking confidence as a youth led to a lot of slumping over. That bad posture led to poor range of motion & occasional shoulder discomfort. I am taking on one last challenge for 2025 and that is the Ido Portal 30 day hanging challenge. 7 Minutes a day of hanging from something (a pull up bar, rings, tree, etc) My goal is to improve shoulder/elbow and recover the lost ‘overhead reach’ range (taken directly from the article). If it’s beneficial I will follow up with a post about my experiences and learnings.

2 – I Skied Down Mount Everest
~30 minutes of insane physical challenge, beautiful scenery, drama, amazing cinematography… you get all of this in the recent video Redbull just put out. It reminds of the Free Solo documentary. Polish ski mountaineer Andrzej Bargiel successfully climbed Mount Everest and then skis back down to Base Camp—all without the aid of supplemental oxygen. Well done on Redbull for documenting this feat.
3 – Don’t Fall Behind – Use AI to Your Advantage
Take 17 minutes from your day to learn some fundamentals about how to use AI. I learned a lot from this video. Specifically about the structure of how to prompt AI. If you want better answers you have to ask better questions.
