I am a believer that motivational clips on Youtube and Instagram are not sustainable and discipline is really what drives success, but I still think taking in some good motivational content to get the energy flowing is ok. Here are three pieces of content I’ve watched over the past few weeks to build out my plan for 2026.
1 – Jesse Itzler – 26 Minutes To An Incredible 2026
I have written about Jesse Itzler before and that I’ve implemented a yearly Misogi + a variation of his Kevin’s Rule. Being very intentional with your schedule has been a game changer for my year.
2 – Mayhem Athlete Podcast – Faith Family, Fitness
This one is gear more toward my CrossFit and Faith based crowd, but my values align closely with what CrossFit Mayhem teaches.
3 – Mel Robins – How to Make 2026 the Best Year: 6 Questions to Ask Yourself
I like Mel Robbins approach at really reflecting on the past year and then creating a plan around that to make to make things better moving forward.
Here are the six questions: What were the low points of your year?, What were the high moments?, What did you learn this year? , What are you going to stop doing?, What are you going to continue doing? , What are you going to start doing?
