1 – Eat Real Food – New Nutrition Guideline

Eat meats & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar. The recipe is simple, not easy. Crossfit has had this figured out for awhile. It’s changed my life and hopefully some people can hop on board and improve their life.

A classic that I am just now getting to. A good time to read this as I have been going through a touch season of my life.

3 – With Heaven On Top – Zach Bryan

Zach Bryan just released his new album. Zach hasn’t made his image super likable recently in the media, but isn’t that a thing with super successful musicians. With the good comes the bad. I’ll keep enjoying the music.
