The only thing I would push against is based on your situation… joining a gym that is community focused may be worth spending money on. Apps/Free videos are great, but success rate of sticking with them is low in my experience.

Awhile back I took this personality test as part of our churchs membership onboarding. The screen shot popped up in my photo memories and I thought it was pretty good. It’s relatively spot on. What I liked most about this assessment was it immediately gives ideas on how to improve yourself based off your current makeup.
